In the Capacitor Panels the Auto power factor correction of loads takes place by centralized means. The total power of each piece of equipment is divided in several banks managed by an APFC relay. The latter is sensitive to variations in reactive power and connects or disconnects the banks maintaining the PF of the system at desired value.

Construction :

Floor mounted and is designed to be used where medium high power is required.
Mach smart energy analyzer is filled to check the capacitor current voltage for each phase separately, plus all value added features of Mach Smart.
RS 232 serial port is provided on the panel to connect it to PC or hand held terminal for data logging.
The unit is equipped with FSU at the beginning of the power supply.
Earth fault protection is provided to disconnect the banks in case of fault.
The cabinet has IP-30 protection with gray RAL 7035 structure with powder coated finish. Busbars are tinned electrolytic copper with 50 kA breaking capacity.
